We aim to deliver your product within 7-15 working days for international orders and 5-7 working days if you are based in South Africa. If the item is out of stock or on a pre-order basis you may wait a bit longer for your order as it can take up to 10 weeks to restock or manufacture the item ordered.
You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email which will include a link to the Postnet/DHL website. You will be directed to the website where you enter the tracking number of your shipment and are able see its status.
Prices on our site are charged in ZAR (R), this is our base price.
You can use the currency conversion tool provided which allows you to see the prices USD, GBP and EUR. Keep in mind that this conversion only provides an approximate conversion price in the currency selected. The currency of the transaction and billing will remain in ZAR. You will be billed in ZAR, if you do not bank in South Africa then your bank will convert the ZAR amount to your countries currency.
You can pay securely online via PayPal and PayFast.
Your Xyza Savanna product order is insured in transit against theft and accidental damage until it reaches the specified delivery address. Once the product/item has been delivered and signed for it is no longer covered by insurance.

You can shop at Xyza Savanna without having to create an account. You are able to do this by selecting the guest checkout option.
Should you choose to register an account the following benefits can be enjoyed:
– The ability to track all orders
– Review past purchases.
– Save address details
This then enables you to process your next order a lot faster as all your details will be saved. Keep in mind you are able to edit these details at any stage by logging in to your account and clicking edit next to the relevant detail you would like to change. If you would like to create an account, simply click on the “Account” link.
To re-set your password, follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ instructions on the ‘Accounts’ page. A temporary password will be emailed to you.
All of your personal information will be kept private and confidential, and at no point will it be shared or seen with or by a third party.
Customers are not able to change the delivery details once their order has been placed and confirmed.
Should you be unhappy with your Xyza Savanna purchase, items can be returned to us for a full refund provided you lodge a claim within three (3) days of delivery.
We do not facilitate exchanges, however should you wish to swop your purchase for a different product you are most welcome to return you original purchase by following our Returns process and then making a purchase of the item that you would prefer.
